The Lady Mayoress enjoys Eros Tea

As the UK’s leading Fairtrade Foodservice supplier Peros was happy to support the City of London’s Fairtrade Fair, held at the historic Guildhall Art Gallery. The event featured a number of Fairtrade companies, including several of Peros’ partners such as Divine Chocolate and Harry’s Nuts. The event was a chance for businesses in the City of London to further engage in Fairtrade, enhancing the city’s status as a Fairtrade capital.

The Lady Mayoress (pictured) stopped by and enjoyed a cup of our new Eros Peppermint tea. The tea is infused in a biodegradable pyramid pouch and is both Fairtrade and Organic.

The Sun Shines for HRH The Queen at the University of Exeter

The Queen visited the University of Exeter on May 2nd to officially open The Forum. The Forum development houses a new student services centre, an extended and refurbished Library, new technology-rich learning spaces, a 400-seat lecture theatre, retail and catering outlets, a landscaped piazza and a new University reception. Chefs from the University prepared and cooked a lunch for Her Majesty and the coffee served after the meal was Cafedirect Machu Picchu Organic coffee, from Peros.

Peros is also delighted to have a range of products included in the new Market Place, within The Forum, which include Fairtrade crumble bars, Fairtrade juices and Fairtrade and Organic Nero & Bianco chocolate.

Scarfell Pike Climb

Congratulations to Sharon, Sarah and Isabel from Peros North who together with two friends and two dogs conquered Scarfell Pike in the Lake District.
