Nero & Bianco’s delicate, smooth textures and rich, aromatic flavours originate from the finest organic and Fairtrade cocoa beans from the Dominican Republic and Peru, and cane sugar from Paraguay which is also Fairtrade and organic. Using traditional techniques the cocoa beans are nurtured and harvested by passionate growers for the experienced chocolate makers at Nero & Bianco to create the three delicious flavours in the range. The luxurious Milk Chocolate contains an unusually high proportion of cocoa solids (39%) creating a rich, creamy taste experience. The Dark Chocolate, with 70% cocoa solids, allows the complex and intense flavours of the renowned Trinitario beans to dominate without bitterness. The sumptuous, smooth White Chocolate uses the best quality cocoa butter to create a sweet and creamy taste without being sickly. The whole Nero & Bianco range is Fairtrade and organic. The packaging and point of sale material has been designed to create an eye-catching display and, whilst the design conveys the premium feel of the chocolate, the ethical credentials are still clearly visible. |
